Why Lumirole
Most job boards are a pile of reposts, agency listings and roles that closed weeks ago. Lumirole goes to the source, clears the noise and shows you how well each role fits before you spend an evening on it.
- Reposts, flagged.
If an employer has posted the same role before, the listing says so.
- Agencies, optional.
One filter hides staffing-agency listings from your results.
- Sponsors, surfaced.
Filter straight to roles that sponsor work visas.
Inside Lumirole
Built for the hours you actually spend searching.
A match score with its working shown
Every opening is scored on eight things: skills, experience, level, title, location, salary, freshness and how closely it matches your profile overall. Open any score to see exactly why.
First in line
Matches of 90% or better reach you by email or text soon after they go up.
Filters that respect your time
Hide agencies, find sponsors, see only what's new.
Tailor before you send
Shape a version of your resume for one role without touching the original.
A shortlist that waits for you
Save roles as you browse and come back when you're ready to apply.
Every application, start to finish
Confirm an application with one click, then move it through interview and offer. Rejections and silence are tracked too, so nothing is left hanging.
How it works
Three chapters. One search.
Write your profile
Upload your resume, pick the titles you're after and say how and where you want to work. That becomes the lens every opening is read through.
Read your matches
Openings arrive ranked by fit, with the reasons laid out. Filter out agencies, find sponsors and save the ones worth a closer look.
Close the loop
Apply on the company's own site, confirm it here, and follow each application through interview and offer.

Sent only when you apply
Nothing reaches an employer until you apply on their site yourself.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Where do the openings come from?
Straight from company career sites and the hiring systems behind them, such as Greenhouse, Lever and Workday. Listings are refreshed regularly and roles that close drop out.
How is the match score worked out?
Each opening is compared with your skills, experience, level, target titles, location and salary, and with your profile as a whole, and fresher postings get a lift. Open any score to see the breakdown.
Who sends the application?
You do. Apply on the employer's own site, then confirm it in Lumirole so your tracker stays accurate.
What are just-posted alerts?
When a role that matches you 90% or better goes up, we can tell you by email or text soon after it's posted. You can also get one daily digest at the hour you choose.
Can I hide staffing agencies?
Yes. One filter removes staffing-agency listings, and roles an employer has posted before are marked as reposted.
Who can see my resume?
Only you. It is kept in private storage tied to your account and is never published.
